FLATOUT is an innovative timed fitness event that combines running and functional workout zones in an exciting and consistent format.

Each event consists of 8 rounds of functional workout zone followed by a short run.

FLATOUT is landing in a truly unique venue in Norwich May 2025, offering an electrifying and immersive atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.

Inclusive Participation: FLATOUT caters to a wide spectrum of fitness levels, from everyday fitness enthusiasts looking elevate their training to newcomers or returnees to fitness who want to challenge themselves.

Inclusive Support: Each zone is ‘owned’ by a local gym, providing support and guidance through the zone, encouraging and ensuring all zone activity is completed consistently.

Accessible and
Inclusive

With four different categories to choose from, FLATOUT is accessible and inclusive.

Whether you are looking to take on FLATOUT by yourself in Open or Pro category, or share the experience with a teammate in the Doubles categories, or split the effort in a Team of 4, we have you covered.

Open –
The standard entry level for the challenge. Go your pace and push yourself to get the best time.

Pro – The weights will be heavier, oh and you will wear a weighted vest throughout, making the overall challenge even harder.

Doubles – Both complete the runs together and you decide who and how you complete the zone.

Team relay – Perfect for corporate, new entry and returnees to fitness. Split the 8 zones equally (2 runs and 2 zones) move as fast as you can and pass the baton to your teammate until completion.
